EXPECTATIONS

When working at Camp Triumph, we will challenge you to be your best and to reach your full potential in a “real world” job. It is hard work, but it’s worth it for you and for the campers.

Camp is a unique work experience. It’s a hard job, but you will have the opportunity to gain and sharpen new skills in a collaborative environment. You will enter the camp bubble where the pressures of the outside world will lessen, but the need to navigate interpersonal dynamics will be key while living and working with your peers. You will have a lasting, positive effect on hundreds of special children. Their camp experience means the world to them and our staff are a very key piece of that experience. All staff are counted upon to maintain a safe and inclusive environment free from discrimination and intolerance. Camp is an important haven for so many.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR IN OUR STAFF

We want you to have the ability to work independently and within a team, take direction and criticism, be flexible, resilient, self-reflective, stay calm under pressure, and use common sense. Previous camp experience is not necessary for success. We know you will learn all you need to know. Minimum age to apply for a camp job is 18 years old.
