WHAT WE LOOK FOR IN OUR STAFF

Camp is a unique experience for all involved and there is much to be gained from a staff perspective.

We look for committed, capable, passionate individuals who put the needs of campers first. People who enjoy collaborating with others and making a positive impact in the lives of young people.

We want you to be engaged and excited about the camp atmosphere which drives and motivates the way you focus on delivering the best experience possible.

We look for the ability to work independently and within a team, energetic personalities, good communicators, the ability to take direction and criticism, flexibility and resiliency, and common sense.

If this describes you, we may have a position on our summer core staff, a short-term volunteer position, or a spot in our Junior Counsellor Mentorship Program.
